*Midweek hire on Monday/ Tuesdays ( except bank holidays) we only allow our recommended music suppliers for the evening entertainment. A silent disco or the use of our own sound system can also be used..
Bank Holidays are the same price as Wednesday/Thursday hire as live music is permitted.
Southlands Barn multi-day hire allows you access the venue the day before your wedding, so you can enjoy every moment of your wedding day. We operate from
April to October every year.
With our 3- day weekend hire, we welcome couples and guests back to Southlands Barn the following day after the wedding to use our facilities for morning tea/
co昀昀ee and bacon baps, to 昀椀nish your weekend with your nearest and dearest.
The venue fee includes:

Exclusive use of the entire venue for 3 days (Friday through Sunday)
or 2-day midweek hire.
Round tables and light oak, cross-back chairs with ivory pads for up to
150 guests. Chivari charis are used for the ceremony.

A 14-foot long table is also available (Linen is required for all the tables)

All lighting and decor included at no additional cost, no hidden charge.

Use of two barns-17th century Sussex Barn be used for ceremony and the
Cattle Barn is a wonderful dining space for your guests.
Prepping parlour- Our take on the Bridal suite for getting ready;
can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Free wine-tasting evening with live entertainment for the couple and
4 of your friends / family.
